Preparation...

It is IMPORTANT to hydrate your body well before and after your massage.  The better hydrated your body is at the time of your massage the more progress will be made during your massage therapy session. Hydrating well after your massage will ensure you rid your body of toxins and chemicals released during the massage and keep you from being sore from your massage.

It is our goal at MBS Therapeutic to provide you with the best massage therapy experience. It is recommended that you refrain from taking aspirin, pain relievers, or alcohol on the day of your appointment as this can make it difficult to experience the true level of pressure during your massage and can be dangerous to your health.

For your massage you may dress down to your comfort level. It is completely appropriate to completely undress for your session as you will be covered the entire time. The only area of your body that will be exposed is the area the therapist is working on. Your comfort level is always respected.

Please plan on arriving 10 minutes early for your first appointment to fill out the necessary intake form.

MBS Therapeutic is a professional massage therapy environment. Your massage therapist reserves the right to end the session at any time if inappropriate behavior is demonstrated.  Inappropriate behavior may include sexual inuendo, aggressive or beligerent behavior. 

Expectation...

• The office is quiet and relaxing.
• Because of the time commitments to other clients, your appointment must begin at the scheduled time.
• A sheet and/or blanket are always provided and used during the massage sessions.
• Feel free to communicate with your massage therapist during your session.  It is important to let her know if the pressure is too deep or if you are uncomfortable in some way, so adjustments can be made to ensure the best experience possible.

Cancellation Policy...

Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable will be discussed on a case by case basis. However, last minute cancellations or no-shows, eliminate the possibility to open that time up for others clients. Therefore, the price of the session will be charged to the client in the event of cancellations less than 24hrs of the scheduled appointment time.

Gift Certificates...

Gift certificates are available for purchase. Gift certificates are also transferable.  We ask that you please honor the expiration date on your gift certificate.

Payments...

Cash, Check, Visa, and Mastercard are all accepted. Payment is due at the time service is rendered.

Package Plans...

Packages are available, which will reduce the price per session. All packages are pre-paid and are subject to the same cancellation policy.

Tips...

Many new clients ask about tipping. Although not expected tipping is accepted and appreciated!
